At Darebin Chargers Cricket Club, the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. We are fully committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where young players can learn, grow, and enjoy cricket free from harm. Our club follows the Child Safe Standards set by the Victorian Government, including strict policies on supervision, conduct, and reporting. All coaches and volunteers undergo Working With Children Checks and receive ongoing training to support a culture of protection and accountability. We believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and empowered—on and off the field.
